About

We built REPLAY because the rest of you wanted to watch your match runs back.

REPLAY is the domain-specific video tool for competitive action shooting. Upload your raw match footage, get back a polished stage video with timer, shots, splits, score zones, hit factor, and placement — automatically.

Who this is for

Shooters publishing USPSA, IDPA, PCSL, GPA, or steel-challenge footage who don't want to spend a weeknight editing each stage. Self-coaching shooters who want a marked-up clip to review. And eventually clubs and match directors who want a single workflow per match instead of one per shooter.

Why a shooter-specific tool

Generic auto-editors and timer apps stop at beep + split times. That's already pretty good. But it's not the video you want to publish — the video you want has YOUR score data on the screen: hit factor, zone counts, division placement, and overall finish, automatically pulled from PracticeScore and aligned to the buzzer.

REPLAY is the only tool that does that, and it ships with a real editor on top so you can scrub, annotate, and version your cut.

Who we are

REPLAY is built by Hats Off Engineering, a small product shop shipping focused tools for the sports we care about. We're shooters first — REPLAY exists because we built it for our own match weekends and decided to share it.

What REPLAY isn't

We deliberately don't do a few things:

  • Match scoring. PracticeScore already does that well. We pull from it, we don't replace it.
  • Match logistics. Stage design, squad assignment, registration — not our lane.
  • Generic video editing. If you want a do-anything NLE, FCP and Premiere already exist. REPLAY is opinionated about shooting workflows and that's the point.
